• We are an adults only property.  All guests must be 18 years or older.  The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
  • Pets are not permitted on the property, with the exception of our dog-friendly Pond View Cabin. 
  • Candles or open flames are not permitted in the Manor or cabins.  
  • We are not able to issue refunds for early departures and no shows.

Manor Check In: Anytime after 4 PM.  After 8 PM is gladly accommodated with advance notice. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate early check ins.  If you arrive in the area early please look at our website for some nearby attractions to enjoy while we prepare for your arrival.  

Cabin Check In:  Anytime after 4 PM.  See our early check in policy below.  Cabins are self check in, and you will receive an email with cabin directions and door codes prior to your arrival.  

Check Out: 11 AM at the Manor, 12 noon for the cabins.  


If you plan on arriving before 4 PM, please call us on your day of arrival (after 12 PM) to check if your cabin is ready. If it is, an early check in might be possible. The charge for an early arrival is $10 for each 1/2 hour (or part thereof) prior to 4 PM.   This includes access to the grounds. 

Have you stayed with us before? If so, we’ll waive up to $20 of early check in fees.


At time of reservation, you will be charged in full for a one night stay or 50% of the total for two or more nights.  You will be charged the balance two weeks prior to your check in date (30 days for October) .

Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are preferred methods of payment.  Please notify us if you would like to use cash, check, or gift certificates.


If your travel plans change and  you must cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 15 days before your arrival date (31 days for the month of October). We will issue you a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee per room or cabin.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 15 days notice (31 days for October) please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Unfortunately, we can not make changes to your reservation, including moving the date and/or a reduction of nights, within this cancellation window.

For groups or individuals reserving three or more rooms or cabins for any given date there is a 30 day notification period for cancellations/changes.  All above fees and conditions apply.


Sometimes life throws us a curve ball and  plans must be changed, so we’re now offering a flexible cancellation plan. If you need to cancel up to 48 hours prior to check in time, you get a full refund of your deposit less cancellation fee of 15% of the reservation amount. Payment of the full value of your reservation is required in advance for this plan using a Credit or Debit Card.  If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to check in you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation. You may be responsible for packages/items ordered if we have already purchased them.

This plan is not available for one night stays or group reservations, and it can not be combined with any discounts or special offers.


Any change to an existing reservation is subject to a fee equal to the cancellation fee for that reservation.

COVID-19.  There are no exceptions to the cancellation/change policies above for any COVID-19  diagnosis.


The Manor, cabins, and grounds are for the exclusive use of registered guests.  Visitors are only permitted with our express permission.


Smoking is not permitted inside the Manor or cabins, on any decks or inside the pool area.  Guests are permitted to smoke outdoors.  Guests who are not able to comply with this policy will be asked to seek accommodations elsewhere.  There is a recovery/cleaning charge starting at $250 for the cleaning of any room or cabin that has a residual smoke odor.

EV Charging  There is a fee of $20 per day/charge for EV charging.


Dogs are welcome in our Pond View Cabin for a fee of $30 per night per dog.

A maximum of two dogs (minimum of 6 months old) are allowed.

After you’ve made a “pet reservation” you will receive an email with our pet policies. 
We are best known for being a romantic retreat for couples.  However, if you’re interested in renting the entire house for a family or private event, please contact us prior to making any reservations.  We will need to discuss your plans, and our contract, to see if we can accommodate your group.
