Elopement Package
Our all-inclusive elopement package provides everything you need for a beautiful, stress-free ceremony. Timing is flexible based on your plans. Elopement package: $850 plus taxes.
Includes:
- 2-night stay in our Manor House
- Breakfast for two each morning.
- Boutique chocolates upon arrival.
- Small bouquet and boutonniere.
- Cake for two.
- Bottle of sparkling wine.
- Concierge services to help book your perfect getaway.
- Photographs will be taken by a staff member to commemorate your special day.
Wedding Options
Ceremony Only
- Up to 5 guests: $200
- Up to 15 guests: $500
Historical Intimate Wedding
Designed for 15 or fewer guests, this package includes:
- Two nights in the Manor House
- Sparkling wine toast
- $1,500 (2-hour event)
- Additional hours: $50 each
- Gratuity included at $5 per guest.
Historical Wedding Package
Perfect for gatherings of up to 50 guests. (max is 50)
- Full-house reservation at posted room rates is required for guest comfort.
- $2,000 site fee (2 hours)
- Additional hours: $100 each
- Chairs, tables, tents are NOT included and must be provided by the bride and groom

Private Events
We proudly host a wide range of private events, from intimate gatherings to special celebrations. Whether you’re planning a meeting, baby shower, bridal shower, family reunion, graduation party, or corporate retreat, our historic property offers the perfect setting.
Private Event Site Fees (Non-Wedding)
- Monday – Friday: $200 (up to 3 hours)
Saturday: $500 (3 hours) - Sunday: $200 (3 hours)
- Additional hours are available at $65 per hour.
Private Tea Service
- Enjoy a private tea experience for groups of 8 or more.
- $55 per person, plus gratuity
- Available Sunday – Thursday at 12pm-2pm, or 2pm-4pm
Add Ons:
- Beverage station: $100 coffee, tea, water, soda
- Appetizers: $25 per person
- Cake: 6-inch $35
Weddings: Say "I Do!"
Our timeless venue offers several wedding options, from simple ceremonies to full-house celebrations. Ceremonies may be held in our historic Manor house or on our property outdoors by the pond or under the willow trees providing a beautiful backdrop for your special day.
