Though there are plenty of things to do in the Shenandoah Valley, the environment we’ve curated at our Lexington Bed and Breakfast is so relaxing and inviting that you may just want to curl up and stay cozy for a few days of bliss! That’s true no matter the season, too. Of course, we know that romantic getaways in Virginia will look different to every guest. Some will want to stay “inn” at our Lexington Bed and Breakfast, and others will want to head out and spend a day venturing around the Valley.
Regardless of how you spend your romantic mountain getaways in Virginia, know you’ll have a cozy respite to return to at the end of the day. Our Lexington Bed and Breakfast is located on a 50-acre parcel about 20 minutes outside downtown Lexington. Our peaceful grounds are the perfect place to relax and unwind, free of the stressors and demands of the outside world. As a guest here, you’ll be welcome to wander our grounds, which include a stream, pond, various outdoor seating areas, decks and porches to enjoy, and a seasonal outdoor pool.
Guests of our Lexington Bed and Breakfast can choose between five guest rooms. Each is unique in its decor, but all offer exceptional amenities and the creature comforts you crave during a great getaway. These amenities include electric fireplaces, luxurious robes and linens, smart TVs, daily housekeeping, Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, and more. Some guest rooms at our Lexington Bed and Breakfast also feature jacuzzi tubs for long soaks to soothe tired muscles.
Included with every stay at our Lexington Bed and Breakfast is a delicious breakfast each morning. We take great pride in crafting and serving a delicious breakfast with a rotating menu of local and fresh ingredients. We’re also happy to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, and other dietary restrictions to the best of our ability and with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
As if these things aren’t enough, you can also enjoy a soothing massage experience while a guest at our Lexington Bed and Breakfast. We’ve recently added a new Day Spa to our Inn, where guests can choose from various massage treatments. We can offer single or couple’s massages and can also incorporate additional services like herbal hand, foot, or back scrubs into your massage.

Two of our cabins are brand new, and the other three have been thoughtfully renovated to match the same luxurious feel no matter which cabin you choose. Our cabins in Virginia are equipped with everything you need to enjoy romantic mountain getaways in Virginia. In each, you’ll find full kitchens, grills, private hot tubs, gorgeous decks overlooking our property, the Shenandoah Valley, and surrounding mountains, and so much more.
Though cabin guests don’t enjoy the same daily breakfast at our Lexington Bed and Breakfast, we’re happy to arrange a “breakfast like a local” or “breakfast basket” package for you, both featuring delicious local products and farm-fresh ingredients so you can enjoy your own leisurely start to the day. We also offer a “grill your own steak” package to make dinners easy and delicious!
